Mississippi outlawed alcohol in 1907 and, in 1966, became the last state to repeal prohibition. Fast forward 104 years and two fine gents, Austin Evans and Richard Patrick, fired up the state’s first legal still. Co-founder of Cathead Vodka, Cathead Distillery, and Bottle Tree Beverage Company, Austin shared about his experience with launching a new brand in the highly competitive vodka market. He even brought along two bottles for door prizes and made our first time visitor from Brice Media one of the happy winners.
