ADDY FAQ
Where do we park?
You may park behind The South (turn by the railroad tracks). Hinds County sheriff’s deputies will be on security duty. They will guide you to the parking area, and will walk you to and from your car if you would like.
Where do we enter The South?
Please enter at the main entrance located on East Silas Brown Street. There will be a ticket table at that main entrance.
How do we pay for tickets?
Tickets should be purchased in advance using the button above. If you have trouble with purchasing tickets online, please contact AAF Jackson by emailing aafjackson@gmail.com to make reservation arrangements in advance. All tickets and reservations must be purchased or made by February 4th.
What is included with my ticket purchase?
Entry into the event for the ADDY awards and Silver Medal presentation, food, and one drink ticket comes with the purchase of an admission ticket.
Who qualifies for the $50 member ticket price?
Any ticket purchased by an AAF Jackson member company qualifies for the $50 member rate. Tickets purchased by companies who are not members of AAF Jackson should pay the $60 ticket price. Students can purchase a student ticket for $20.
Will there be reserved seating?
Efforts will be made to seat all members of your company in close proximity. For individuals not with a group, don’t worry, we will have plenty of seats for you too!
What is the attire for the evening?
Business Casual
Will there be a bar?
Yes, there will be a cash bar serving beer and wine to salute the ADDY winners.
(Each ticket holder will receive one free drink ticket).
What else is going on at ADDYs?
Live music will be performed and a buffet will be served. Also, please check out all the ADDY entries that will be on display and vote for People’s Choice Award!
